About Trish
I am a qualified remedial massage therapist with specialised training in a number of additional modalities, including pregnancy massage, hot stone treatments, myofascial release, ayurvedic massage and facials and reiki. I also have a special interest in wellness after and during cancer and offer oncology massage to clients going through treatments.
After looking for a change from the corporate world and with a strong desire to help people deal with the stresses of modern living, I became a massage therapist over 12 years ago, following a career in hospitality and events. Soon after I joined the Buddha Bar, after falling in love with the sanctuary that it offered and the philosophy that it is built around.
Whether you require a deep, firm massage to get into those tight, sore areas and restore function, a light touch massage to relieve some of the side effects of certain cancer treatments, or a spa treatment to de-stress, balance and rejuvenate you, I am happy to tailor a treatment to help you to heal and to maintain your health.
